Dear Mr. Blanchard,

We want to make you aware of 2 of your employees that assisted us in a recent flooring purchase. We were looking to put wood floors in 3 bedrooms in our house. We have wood floors in the remainder of our home but we were having a hard time finding the same wood floors that we originally installed 12 years ago. Through an internet search we found your website that stated you had the flooring in stock. We contacted your company and spoke to Sheila Devaughn. She was professional and very knowledgeable about your products and specifically the flooring we were seeking. Sheila offered to send us a sample of the wood floor to make sure that it was indeed the same floor we were looking for. We received the sample within a few days. I have to say that we were a bit skeptical about doing business with a company in Georgia when we lived in San Antonio, TX but Sheila was so helpful, answered all our questions, sent us written quotes on both the cost for the material and arranged for the shipping of the product directly to our home. She made us feel very comfortable with the purchase and sent us all the details on the shipping company and contact numbers.

The shipment arrived as promised to the warehouse in San Antonio but we hit a snag on the delivery to our home. The trucking company did not feel they could get their trucks into our subdivision. We contacted Sheila, however, she was out for the day so we ended up speaking to Glenda Stephenson. Glenda stepped in and coordinated with the shipping company. Ultimately the product was delivered and we are very happy with the purchase.

Both Sheila and Glenda should be commended on their professionalism and great customer service. We thank them for making this transaction as seamless as possible. They are a true asset to your company.

I Will Be Doing Business With Them Again!

I cannot say enough about the prompt, excellent customer service I received from Warehouse Carpets!!! I sent an email to them on Sunday and they had responded, answered a few question, returned my phone calls promptly, and had my order details all worked out Monday morning. The flooring arrived at my house on Friday! Their pricing was very reasonable ($1/sq. ft. below local retailers), the shipping fair and fast, and no tax! Scott Blanchard was my sales rep and he is as professional, knowledgeable, and and helpful as I could ever hope for. He is a true gentleman, as well as very competent salesperson. I will be doing business with them again!

Amazed How Easy It Was To Order Online

Cheryl was great to work with. I have a builder that sent me to his carpet installer to pick out carpet for our new home. We didn’t like the styles they offered and he couldn’t get us the higher end lines. Went to a number of other carpet distributors here in town and got some quotes. Frustrated with how much they were charging compared to our budget, I went online and looked around. I ended up working with 2 different online carpet wholesalers(they are all located in Dalton GA) and ended up finally buying from here because they seemed much more knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. In the end, I saved about 30% over going with a local carpet company and I was amazed how easy it was to order online. I will always buy my carpet this way in the future. Thank you, Cheryl!
