I cannot say enough about the prompt, excellent customer service I received from Warehouse Carpets!!! I sent an email to them on Sunday and they had responded, answered a few questions, returned my phone calls promptly, and had my order details all worked out Monday morning. The flooring arrived at my house on Friday! Their pricing was very reasonable ($1/sq ft below local retailers), the shipping fair and fast, and no tax! Scott Blanchard was my sales rep and he is as professional, knowledgeable, and helpful as a I could ever hope for. He is a true gentleman, as well as very competent salesperson. I will be doing business with them again!

Cheryl was great to work with. I have a builder that sent me to his carpet installer to pick out carpet for our new home. We didn’t like the styles they offered and he couldn’t get us the higher end lines. Went to a number of other carpet distributors here in town and got some quotes. Frustrated with how much they were charging compared to our budget, I went online and looked around. I ended up working with 2 different online carpet wholesalers (they are all located in Dalton GA) and ended up finally buying from here because they seemed much more knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. In the end, I saved about 30% over going with a local carpet company and I was amazed how easy it was to order online. I will always buy my carpet this way in the future. Thank you, Cheryl!

The carpet arrived on Wednesday in perfect condition. The roll was very well wrapped in plastic and the driver helped me carry it into my garage. Overall this has been an excellent transaction. Will definitely think of you again when in the need for carpet.

Cheryl was amazing! No one could get the carpet I wanted before Christmas. I randomly called Warehouse Carpets from the internet.
Cheryl did not give up, kept calling until she found my carpet! She worked hard to make sure I got it before Christmas! It was installed on Dec 18!!!! Wonderful experience with Cheryl and Warehouse Carpets. Great price too.

Mannington’s Avalon in the color Ocean Mist on front and back porch. It has been down for approx. 1 year. This floor is one of my customer’s personal homes, Mount Airy, Ga. It has been through snow, heat and all and still looks great…just shows that this floor will hold up to natures elements. (temperature range is -20 to 150 degrees)
